Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Achieve the individual target set by the company on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with given portfolio of clients or prospects in the assigned industry
  • Build strong pipeline and generate new opportunities
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for existing clients and prospects
  • Develop a stronger knowledge on the assigned Industry as well as the potential market
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with other departments
  • Possess a clear strategy and individual tactics in order to ensure strong market penetration, account coverage, development and enhancement
  • Meet with related departments regularly to resolve client’s issues in order to enhance client’s satisfaction and to ensure that annual BV and revenue goals are achieved
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by the Company

Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor-degree in any fields from credible college / university
  • Minimum 5 (five) years sales experiences in B2B Sales
  • Proven track record in achieving sales target/high performer
  • Hunter attitude is a MUST
  • Must have a good network with procurement or decision makers
  • Good Communication skill and great selling skills (presentation, probing & negotiation skills both verbal & written - English & Bahasa)

  • Comfortable with deadlines and targets (Objective driven)
