Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Achieve the individual target set by the company on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with given portfolio of clients or prospects in the assigned industry.
  • Build strong pipeline and generate new opportunities.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for existing clients and prospects.
  • Develop a stronger knowledge on the assigned Industry as well as the potential market.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with other departments.
  • Possess a clear strategy and individual tactics in order to ensure strong market penetration, account coverage, development and enhancement.
  • Meet with related departments regularly to resolve client’s issues in order to enhance client’s satisfaction and to ensure that annual BV and revenue goals are achieved.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by the Company.

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum Diploma-degree in any fields from credible college/university
  • Has minimum 2 (two) years sales experiences as Telesales or Telemarketing
  • Proven track record in achieving sales target/high performer
  • Hunter attitude is a MUST
  • Excellence interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with deadlines and targets (Objective driven)
  • Has Integrity & good reporting skill
