Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

•  Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement 
• Supporting informed decision making, and responsible for procuring coupon/standard Production Minutes Statements for each article in production.
• Design and implement effective systems and workflows that align with organizational goals and promote a lean and agile operational environment.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, to integrate engineering solutions seamlessly into the overall business strategy.
• Ensure that the 5S of the work area.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of footwear industry experience.
• Exposure in IE project (One Pair System etc.)
• Hands on in shoe process development.
• Analyse and addressing problem solving in production process.
• Proactive / communicative / resilient / attitude / composure personality.
• Ability to establish priorities and time management.
