Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in candidate selection processes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture and handle employee grievances or concerns in a fair and timely manner.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to track employee performance and development.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
- Develop and oversee career development plans and succession planning.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Regularly review and update salary structures and benefit packages to align with industry standards.
- Administer payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops on relevant topics such as safety regulations and technical skills.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional development opportunities for employees.
HR Administration and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics, employee data, and compliance audits.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support organisational goals and growth.
- Implement initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

Kualifikasi:
- Open for local candidates.
- Minimum of three years experience as an HR Manager or relevant position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, preferably in the construction or consulting industry.
- Must have a strong entrepreneurial orientation and be accustomed to an innovative and dynamic work environment.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- People’s person and strong work ethic.
- Takes initiative and respects confidentiality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external partners.
- Detail oriented and organised.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex HR issues and implement effective solutions.
