Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to match them with suitable job openings.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles and cultural alignment.
- Maintain and develop a list of applicants database.
- Develop and maintain a list of freelancer or outsourced talent that could be fit for the team, utilizing various platforms (ie. LinkedIn, Upwork), and industry-specific job boards.
- Coordinate and manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hiring and resource management, especially in digital agency landscape.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, tax and regulations (Indonesia).
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred at least 1 year experience in HR and/or resource management.
- Proven experience in a digital agency/consulting/services industry or similar environment is an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills in business English, both written and verbal.
- Experience using online platforms for recruitment such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other related platforms to source and manage talent effectively.
- Capable to work autonomously in a remote work environment.
- Communicate and collaborate with the latest digital tools (e.g., Slack, Google Suite, Notion, etc.)
