Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Align HR initiatives with business objectives by supporting workforce planning and succession planning
• Oversee performance management and leadership development
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Develop and enforce HR policies while ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of employees

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor degree from all major
• Minimum 3 years experience in HRBP role or within HR area
• Proficient in English, having Mandarin skill is highly advantageous
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
