Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Here in Mitramas Infosys Global, you will be exposed to work on software across a diverse platform of technologies as well as a variety of industries within our portfolios. We are looking for talents with high tenacity in solving problems, exceptional passion for technologies, and a great willingness to learn and adapt to ever-changing environments to join our team.

You are expected to be able to:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Maintain communication with candidates via WhatsApp and email, ensuring timely updates.
• Schedule assessments and interviews, conduct behavioral interviews and update CVs on company's ATS.
• Continuously update applicant trackers on spreadsheets and promote job posts across social media.
• Collaborate with potential partners for talent hiring
• Assist in employee engagement through biweekly meetings and editing templates for celebrations (birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.).

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Psychology, Communication, Management, or any related fields
• Up to a year experience in human resources, recruitment, or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English
• Familiar with management tools such as Google Workspace and any other related tools
• Willing to work in a dynamic environment and slight resource
• Willing to do Work From Office (our office is located in Tebet, Jakarta Selatan)
