Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Managing employee administrative processes, including the integration of new employees into the HRIS system.
- Responsible for handling documents related to employees, such as employment contracts, extensions, and other administrative documents.
- Storing and managing employee archives in accordance with company policies.
- Conducting the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation.
- Ensuring that employee data is updated and accurate in the HRIS system.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Management/Business/Information Technology/Information Systems
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations
- Experience in handling HRIS systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies and procedures
