Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Assist to handle Internal hiring
2. Conduct sourcing and approaching potential candidates through various platforms
3. Assist executive recruiter for CV screening and HR interview
4. Assist in reference check & talent pool

Kualifikasi:

1. Majoring in Psychology or related major (minimum 5th semester or final year student)
2. Interest and willingness to explore the HR Recruitment field with strong interpersonal skill
3. Initiative and good communication
4. Fluent in English is a must (Mandarin will be a plus)
5. Have related experience or skill in recruiting, employer branding, or other HR functions
