Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
This position is responsible for a wide range of HR&GA tasks, including onboarding new joiner, employee relations, administrative tasks and be the key person for office needs (office supplies, maintenance, etc). The ideal candidate will need to have an understanding of HR principles and practices as well as excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding:
- Onboard new hires and provide them with the information and resources they need in the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints.
- Facilitate conflict resolution between employees.
- Mediate disciplinary actions.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Process payroll for Office Boy.
- Manage employee overtime calculation.
- Manage employee records.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks.
- Recruitment:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition & Strategy team to fulfil Medan branch’s hiring needs.
- Provide strategic insights for HR in Medan’s office.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in HR generalist, employee relations or related role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the experience to working in startup industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
