Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Identify the competencies needed in Company Operation and determine the competency standard
• Analyze the gap between the required competencies and the actual current condition
• Develop the curriculum, syllabus and training modules based on results of the gap analysis
• Design assessment tools in accordance with the specified competencies
• Develop employee certification standards and coordinate the implementation
• Monitor and evaluate the certification process

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education Management, Educational Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in assessment and curriculum development.
• Able to design assessment tools, identify competencies, develop curriculum, syllabus and training module.
• Able to perform employee certification according to the specified coimpetencies
• Have experience in the field of learning & development or an Assessor in field.
• Have CHRP or related certification is plus.
• Strong analytical, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English
