Deskripsi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

This position will be responsible for HR&LD administrative task, such as:

1) Recruitment :

  • Provide and monitor ID card & access building card, both activation to deactivation
  • Organize new employee personal documents

2) Training :

  • Handle training preparation (blast invitation, meeting link & attendance)
  • Standby during training sessions, prepare feedback & provide training report
  • Register local training for employee

3) HR Operations :

  • Create attendance report
  • Create internal memo for hospitalization & obituary

4) Payroll :

  • Input new employee data to HRIS

Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • At least 1 year experience as HR Admin or equivalent, fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel
  • Strong attention to details and able to work under tight schedule
  • Excellent communication skills
