Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
This position will be responsible for HR&LD administrative task, such as:
1) Recruitment :
- Provide and monitor ID card & access building card, both activation to deactivation
- Organize new employee personal documents
2) Training :
- Handle training preparation (blast invitation, meeting link & attendance)
- Standby during training sessions, prepare feedback & provide training report
- Register local training for employee
3) HR Operations :
- Create attendance report
- Create internal memo for hospitalization & obituary
4) Payroll :
- Input new employee data to HRIS
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- At least 1 year experience as HR Admin or equivalent, fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Ms. Excel
- Strong attention to details and able to work under tight schedule
- Excellent communication skills
