Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Conduct live streaming shopping as a host on diverse online marketplaces, including Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and others.
• Promote products or services through compelling video content.
• Identify and recruit new hosts/talent and on-camera talent for our TikTok channel.
• Manage relationships with current hosts and on-camera talent, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with our brand messaging and goals.
• Collaborate with the Live & Video Production teams to generate creative concepts and ideas for on-camera talent and host-driven content.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive team to ensure the seamless translation of on-camera content into high-quality material.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to talent management, including scheduling and coordinating shoots, managing payments, and maintaining contact databases.

Kualifikasi:

• Experience as a host, radio announcer, MC, presenter, or in a related role will be advantageous.
• Presentable appearance.
• Lively and confident personality.
• Excellent speaking and pitching skills.
• Eager to learn and available for flexible working hours.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Taman Tekno, BSD, Tangerang.
• Able to commit to an internship period of three months or longer.
