Responsibilities:

1. Develop Sales and Marketing strategies to increase sales and expand the company's market share.
2. Manage and lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
3. Collaborate with Project Managers, Creative Leads, and execution teams to ensure sales development aligns with market needs and effective marketing strategies.
4. Design and execute effective marketing campaigns, including utilizing social media, advertising, and promotions.
5. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing strategies.
6. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
7. Monitor sales and marketing performance regularly and report to management.
8. Lead the negotiation process for large sales and ensure profitable contract closures.
9. Prepare budgets for the sales and marketing departments and manage costs efficiently.
10. Contribute to long-term strategic planning for the company with a focus on sales growth and brand awareness

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing positions.
3. Experience in the creative agency field is preferred.
4. Understanding of creative work processes is highly valued.
5. Comfortable working towards targets.
6. Placement in Surabaya.
