Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop New Products Development (NPD) according to customer needs by conducting research.
• Evaluate and produce new products based on data analysis of customer complaints.
• Implementing innovations into operations smoothly, delivering a high-quality customer experience and demonstrable business benefits.
• Conduct packaging design research that suits the company's branding and budget.
• Research and determine product prices.
• Prepare samples for customers, e.g., product release, within a given time.
• Work with the Production team to ensure the finished goods meet the customer's approved specifications and align with the laboratory samples submitted.
• Educate team on market trends, user insights & competitive analysis relevant to eCommerce and supply chain industries.
• Provide and screen data/information for potential business deals by analyzing market strategy, examining risks, and financial accuracy for business decision-making.
• Monitor the arrival speed of raw material, packaging material, and clearance process to ensure timely production of finished goods.
• Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Management, or any relevant field.
• Minimum 7-10 years experience in Business Development or Private Label, preferably in E-commerce or Retail industry.
• A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
• Proven project management capability to drive complex projects from end to end.
• A strong drive to make things happen, charismatic, and can influence in a multicultural setting
• A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic industry and a strong drive to make things happen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive action.
• Strong interest in driving business decisions through data-driven analysis.
