About the Role
The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth across various online channels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals and objective.
- Lead the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across affiliate marketing, KOL management, and ads execution.
- Optimize ads campaigns to maximize ROI by focusing on key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Develop and manage affiliate programs, KOL influencers to drive sales growth in various digital platforms: social media, marketplace, and other platforms.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and OKR).
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and brand team to develop engaging ad visuals, copy, and videos that resonate with the target audience.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze performance data from affiliate, KOL, and ad campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven background experience in FMCG, retails, or e-commerce
- Proven track record in managing affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, and paid digital ads.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze large sets of data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team with various backgrounds, level, and experience to ensure consistent team performance
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring that affiliates, KOLs, and ads align with the brand’s voice, values, and positioning
