Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Conduct plan and in charge for overall compensation, reward and performance management activities.
- Process end-to-end payroll cycle.
- Manage BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, Dana Pensiun Astra and other benefit administration.
- Answer employee inquiries on salary and payslip.
- Improve necessary HC program to boost performance.
- Support to business needs related Human Capital.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years' experience as Payroll & Compensation Benefit Specialist.
- Ability to manage multiple company at a time.
- Experience in HR practices & compensation cycle management.
- Skill required: Tax, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits.
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with various types of incentives & benefits.
