2. Organizational & people development
3. Performance Management
4. HRIS Implementation
5. Administrative duties

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Have a strong knowledge in Human Resources Management and Personel Management skills
3. Min. 3 years experiences as Supervisor / Jr. Manager
4. Experience in developing HR policies and implementing HRIS
5. Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations
6. Excellent interpersonals and communications skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a team
8. Experience in the IT and Telecommunication industry is a plus
