Job Description:

1. Lead the Distribution Dept of MV/ Motor, Non MV and travel products.
2. Building and expanding strategic partnership networks through the parties of ADB's products.
3. Build and create the new business opportunities by the products's parties.
4. Building and expanding strategic partnership networks through the parties of ADB's products.
5. Direct partners and carry out sales strategies directly to achieve set MV business targets.

Kualifikasi:

MUST:

• Bachelor Degree (any major).
• 5 year experience as the Group Head of Distribution at Insurance, Banking (Insurance Product), Insurance Broker Company. Approximate total experience is around 8-10 years minimum, with 5 years as senior Manager in Insurance.
• Must be fluent in English.
• From General Insurance (Non-Life)
