Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Develop creative visual concepts for a variety of Beauty Products and Marketing materials (Packaging, Advertising, Social Media, E-commerce).
2. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development Teams to understand brand identity and campaign goals.
3. Create high-quality graphics using industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4. Stay up-to-date on design trends relevant to the Beauty Industry.
5. Prepare design files for print and digital production & work collaboratively with printers and vendors to achieve desired results.
6. May assist with product photography and videography & contribute to the development of brand style guides.

Kualifikasi:

1. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating high-quality graphics.
2. Understanding of file formats, resolution requirements, and print production processes to ensure designs are ready for print.
3. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and visually appealing designs & strong understanding of brand identity and ability to maintain consistency.
4. Working effectively with marketing, product development, and other teams to understand project goals and brand identity.
