Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Study design briefs and determine requirements.
2. Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
5. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
6. Design animations for web pages and mobile apps, through storyboarding or animation tools. 
7. Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
8. Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
9. Test graphics across various media.
10. Amend designs after feedback.
11. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
12. Create neat and editable documentation.
13. Apply best practices throughout design projects. 
14. Report and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations.
15. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing technologies and methodologies.
16. Share references with the product owner and product manager to get consensus on the design intentions properly before designing.

Kualifikasi:

1. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
2. Strong technical background with 3 years of proven graphic designing experience.
3. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
4. Solid and in-depth knowledge in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
5. Ability to create animation or storyboards for animations for web pages and mobile apps. 
6. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
7. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
8. Teamwork and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
