Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Collaborate with the team onsite to generate creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various mediums, including digital and print.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Conduct onsite quality checks for printed materials and event graphics to ensure they meet our standards.
• Monitor the production process for offline events to guarantee consistency and quality.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their design needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Duties:

• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and events.
• Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and quality before final production.
• Coordinate with external vendors and printers to manage the production of printed materials.
• Provide design support for live events, including setup and troubleshooting onsite.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and resources for easy access by the team.

Kualifikasi:

• This role demands a creative and detail-oriented professional dedicated to enhancing our visual communications and ensuring the highest quality standards in all our printed and event materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or a related field
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging or label design
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
