Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Corporate Branding Design: Develop and maintain a cohesive corporate brand identity through logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery across all materials.
• Motion Graphics Design: Create dynamic, visually engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing, product launches, social media campaigns, and video content.
• Marketing Materials: Design visually appealing print and digital marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, infographics, web banners, and promotional items.
• Design Video Content Production: Collaborate with the video production team to design and animate titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other motion graphic elements for corporate videos and campaigns.
• Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms, including motion and interactive materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and video production teams to ensure branding strategies are executed across various multimedia platforms.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing creative innovation with attention to detail.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design and motion graphic trends, as well as advancements in software and tools, to continually enhance the quality of work.

Kualifikasi:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating corporate branding and motion graphic work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Can operate motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• ⁠Experience with 2D animation, video editing, and motion tracking.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with both print and digital production processes.
