Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Collaborate with the design teams, ensuring smooth communication, and workflow.
• Assist in coordinating and managing creative projects from initiation to completion.
• Support communication with user and stakeholder regarding project updates and requirements.
• Creating creative ideation and concept of label and design packaging regarding private label packaging (Astro Good, Astro Kitchen/Cafe, Astro Farm)
• Monitor project and design progress, identifying and addressing potential delays.
• Organize meetings, maintain calendars activity, and manage project documentation.
• Check that the work complies with the brief and the user expectations 
• Assisting on designer bandwidth and backup the design process in some of projects if needed.
• Collaborate with the design teams, ensuring smooth communication, and workflow.
• Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s Degree Graphic Design or equivalent
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, packaging design, typography, print & mockup, and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience handling teams of designers especially packaging design and graphic design
• Extensive knowledge of Graphic design fundamentals
• Mastering Creative Adobe suite (Photoshop, Ai, etc)
