Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (SEM,, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid strategies, ad copy revisions, and landing page optimizations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to improve ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest features and changes in Google Ads, ensuring our campaigns leverage all available tools and innovations.
- Manage and report on advertising budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and meeting performance targets.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to present campaign performance and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi:
- 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving successful paid ad campaigns across various verticals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
