Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Managing Transmart Malls business & operations
2. Lead, supervise and assist all Managers at Head Office under his/her subordinates : Leasing, Casual Leasing, Tenant Relation, Marcomm and Operations towards company goals and target
3. Optimize Mall Income from Leasing, Casual Leasing and Marcomm activities
4. Execute marketing and promotional events to attract customers and to give beneficial of Tenant sales
5. Build and maintain strong relationship with Tenants

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor degree in related field
2. At least 3 yrs experience in mall management
3. Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, coordination skill
4. Strong understanding of mall operations and business
5. Good leadership, problem solving and managerial skills
6. Strong knowledge about local and regional F&B tenants and market trends
