Deskripsi
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Responsible for handling general affairs and office management
- Manage and control office logistic report, e. g. printing, stationaries & stamps, and other company's document
- Manage printing stock database and provide systematic reporting using Ms. Excel
- Manage office building agreement and negotiation
- Analyze supply-stock data and make recommendation for sustainable improvement
- Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
- Maintain procurement, inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies.
- Record keeping for corporate administration and payment handling
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- At least 1-2 years working experience in related field
- Good command and correspondence in english
- Hold eligible Indonesian's driving license (SIM A & C)
- Proficient with Ms. Office, especially in Ms. Excel with intermediate or upper level skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill & high learning agility
This position will be contracted under outsource for 6 months
