Deskripsi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:


  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management
  • Manage and control office logistic report, e. g. printing, stationaries & stamps, and other company's document
  • Manage printing stock database and provide systematic reporting using Ms. Excel
  • Manage office building agreement and negotiation
  • Analyze supply-stock data and make recommendation for sustainable improvement
  • Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
  • Maintain procurement, inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies.
  • Record keeping for corporate administration and payment handling

Kualifikasi:


  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in related field
  • Good command and correspondence in english
  • Hold eligible Indonesian's driving license (SIM A & C)
  • Proficient with Ms. Office, especially in Ms. Excel with intermediate or upper level skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skill & high learning agility

This position will be contracted under outsource for 6 months
