Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and daily operations of company facilities.
- Plan, organize, and execute everything related to Logistic Event.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and set-up equipment at the venue.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of company assets, including equipment and supplies.
- Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Ensure that the company’s operations comply with internal policies and bylaws.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the same position within the Event/MICE/Creative/Agency industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing General Affairs strategies aligned with company goals.
- Strong knowledge of General Affairs principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
