Deskripsi Pekerjaan:


  • Oversee the maintenance, security, and daily operations of company facilities.
  • Plan, organize, and execute everything related to Logistic Event.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and set-up equipment at the venue.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of company assets, including equipment and supplies.
  • Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Ensure that the company’s operations comply with internal policies and bylaws.

Kualifikasi:


  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the same position within the Event/MICE/Creative/Agency industry.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing General Affairs strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Strong knowledge of General Affairs principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
