About the Role:

As Baltini's Full Stack Developer, you'll play a vital role in the continual development of our innovative ERP system, with a primary focus on backend operations using Python and Go, along with contributing to our mobile application development using Flutter. Your expertise will help handle large-scale data processing, enhance system efficiencies, and add features that provide significant value.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and Develop: Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our ERP system, with a strong emphasis on backend development.
• Data Management: Efficiently handle large sets of data, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
• Code Reusability: Build reusable code and libraries for future use, focusing on modularity and minimizing technical debt.
• Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintenance and Improvement: Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications, upgrading as necessary to ensure robustness and scalability.
• Documentation: Clearly document all programming tasks and procedures.

Kualifikasi:

• Backend Expertise: Proficient in backend development using Python and Go with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Mobile Development: Experience in mobile application development using Flutter.
• Cloud Technology: Familiar with cloud technology, especially GCP.
• Data Management: Experience in dealing with large data sets and the related data management challenges.
• Version Control: Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a multicultural team and remotely coordinate with teams across different countries.
• Computer Science Foundation: Strong foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Proven Experience: Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in complex projects, preferably involving large data management and ERP systems.
• Multitasking: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and under pressure.
