Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Designing research topics
• Developing research methods and strategies
• Conducting desk research and literature reviews
• Collecting and analyzing data
• Creating research proposals
• Composing comprehensive research reports

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in research, preferably with at least one year experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling is preferred.
• Advanced skills in statistical software are required, including Excel (mandatory) and Stata (an advantage).
• Have the experience in survey design and development 
• Develop survey deployment strategies to achieve the intended response rate
• Strong writing skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with qualitative research methods is a plus.
