Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Handling process regular office expenses payments and office
- Responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including document management, archiving important company documents
- Scheduled and Organized meeting room, ensuring smooth and productive meeting
- Handling end to end head office supplies
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at Head Office
- Ensure the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery
Kualifikasi:
- Diploma degree at any Major
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Previous experience as a receptionist & GA Admin is advantageous
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta area
