Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Handling process regular office expenses payments and office
  • Responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including document management, archiving important company documents
  • Scheduled and Organized meeting room, ensuring smooth and productive meeting
  • Handling end to end head office supplies
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at Head Office
  • Ensure the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery

Kualifikasi:

  • Diploma degree at any Major
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Previous experience as a receptionist & GA Admin is advantageous
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta area
