Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Specialize in IT System / Fraud Detection System
• Maintain and monitor Fraud Detection System to maintain High Availability and Service Level Agreement of the system.
• Oversee all day-to-day system performance and availability / administrations / health checks current systems, especially on service of the application.
• Analyze and report computer network / servers / application anomalies within the system.
• Maintain incident documentation, participate in post-mortems, and write incident reports.
• Maintain system documentation and participate in change requests.
• Support staff and end users with resolution of systems issues, malfunctions, or software problems.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in related fields (System Engineer/ Technical Consultant/ related field).
• Proven working experience in IT systems administration, support, configuration.
• Experience in a Fraud Detection System, SAS system, or any enterprise fraud system is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and adaptability skills.
• Strong understanding of log analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in scripting/programming especially Bash, Java, and Python.
• Good understanding of IT system architectures, protocols, and flow.
• Excellent experience on SQL Query, especially DB2 or PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of major operating systems, especially Linux, UNIX, and Windows.
• Experienced in collaborating with vendors and customers on outage situations and providing direction to internal teams and customers on recovering services effectively.
• Ability to configure, implement or perform change management on IT System.
