Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial functions of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Develop long-term and short-term financial strategies to support the company's business goals.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Mentor and develop the finance team.
• Good knowledge in Mandarin language

Kualifikasi:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial statements.
• Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
