Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Perform regular reconciliations of client transactions records against bank statements and other records.
- Oversee and verify all digital transactions
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in digital transactions records.
- Prepare periodic reconciliation reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external.
- Provide reports and analysis to management on the status of reconciliations and potential issues.
- Make sure all payment to client right on time and accurate base on report
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reconciliations and related documentation.
- Ensure that all reconciliations are properly documented and easily retrievable for audits and reviews.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as banks and clients, to obtain necessary information for reconciliation.
Kualifikasi:
- Educational Background: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
