About The Role
The Finance Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, bank reconciliations, and business support. This role ensures accuracy in financial transactions, compliance with financial policies, and efficient financial operations.
Accounts Receivable (AR) Functions:
- Record and reconcile sales, AR, and cash transactions from B2B and B2C operations and events.
- Monitor and manage AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Accounts Payable (AP) Functions:
- Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure three-way matching of invoices, POs, and receipts during the invoice payment process.
- Oversee expense reports and credit card reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow monitoring and reporting.
- Manage treasury operations functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Business Support:
- Collaborate with other divisions to address financial issues and improve business operations.
- Support ERP management and governance, ensuring the system's accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide audit support by preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with external auditors.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial operations, including AR, AP, and bank reconciliation preferrably in Consumer Goods or Retail industry
- Proven experience in leadership by managing small - medium number of individuals.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
