Job Description :

Location Mapping, Site evaluation and Analysis

• Creating a database for and existing store both on the dashboard and google maps
• Providing database and analysis for potential locations per province, city, district, sub-district and smallest region on the dashboard and Google maps based on population and indicators for selecting BD locations.
• New store performance monitoring and analysis

Existing Store performance

• Underperforming store evaluation - identify and analyze factors contributing to the underperformance of existing stores. Develop actionable insights and strategies to address operational challenges, enhance store performance and drive sales growth
• Store renewal evaluation - perform detailed simulations to assess the financial impact and strategic options for stores with expiring leases. Use this analysis to support negotiations with landlords, aiming to secure favorable lease terms and renewal conditions that align with the company's objectives and optimize store performance
• Ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management

Kualifikasi:

• Min. 3 years experience in retail site analysis background
• Bachelor or Master / Magister in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
• Good in management reporting, financial projection and financial modeling
• Good communication and teamwork
• Strong in analytical thinking
