Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Run finance operation covering General Accounting, Receivables, Payables, Assets and Taxation
• Develops or improves the finance and accounting business processes, policies and procedures. Including the reporting processes.
• Prepares the tax planning.
• Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling for management
• Develop financial forecast models for business development and Corporate strategy purposes
• Produce daily accounting operation, monthly and year-end financial reporting/closing and monthly financial analysis in order to provide business information to the management
• Manage budget controlling and cash flow activities/management within the Company
• Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes
• Providing finance and business support to Management, Business team and operational team
• Coaches the finance and accounting team

Kualifikasi:

• Have Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Experience as auditor in a major consulting firm is a plus
• Strong ability in leadership
• Demonstrated knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Auditing, Taxation, GAAP and internal control principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common objectives
• Detail-oriented and have a high level of initiatives
• Strong ability in analytical thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
• Highly flexible and adaptable being able to work in multiple capacities in a fast-paced startup environment
