Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and finance activity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Coordinate with auditors during the annual audit process.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax filings.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate their impact on the organization.

• Collaborate with external tax advisors, as needed.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance, accounting, and tax processes.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Evaluate and recommend financial and accounting software solutions.

Kualifikasi:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.
• Possess Tax certification of Brevet A & B.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation within start up Idustry
• Demonstrate 3 years of experience in leading a Finance team.
• Thorough understanding of Indonesia's Taxation and Local Tax Filing System.
• Proficient in engaging with local tax bureaus and external tax consultants.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Familiarity with Jurnal.id
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
• Exhibit comprehensive accounting skills with an analytical background.
• Experience Audit Compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a plus
