Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Currently our company partners who are engaged in the mineral sector need accounting and tax personnel who are able to work directly on site.

1. Complete the financial BP work for designated business modules (including but not limited to end-to-end closed-loop management of budgeting, leading payment, collection, accounts payable and receivable accounting, checking data specifications, and registering accounting vouchers).
2. Other specialized tasks arranged by the leadership, including but not limited to external third-party audits, third-party due diligence, etc;
3. Seriously implement the company's various systems and work procedures, and obey the leadership's work arrangements;
4. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented.
5. Work closely with other departments, such as operations, sales, and procurement, to ensure financial implications are considered in business decisions.
6. Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Kualifikasi:

1. >3 years working experience in Accounting or Tax
2. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
3. Proficiency in accounting software
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
5. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Strong ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the company’s values and principles.

8. Can Speak ENGLISH
