Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Financial Management:

• Oversee the daily financial operations, including cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize the company’s financial performance and strategic position.

2. Accounting:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with PSAK 24
• Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.

3. Tax Compliance:

• Understanding with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other local taxes will be an advantage

4. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for the board of directors and other stakeholders.

Kualifikasi:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Fresh Graduates with minimum 1 year of Experience is Allowed to Apply
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems will be an advantage; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is A Must.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
