Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Organized the financial flow and ensured the accuracy and timeliness of all payment processes by analyzing then composing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
- Arrange administrative work by handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection, vendor communication, and employee reimbursements/ incentives.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Producing daily & monthly sales reports to maintain up-to-date financial records also prepare Tax Report for HOD’s review.
Kualifikasi:
- Based in Surabaya
- Graduate of Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar fields.
- Experience in Finance and Accounting or related fields for min. 1 -3 years.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written in Indonesian and English).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, excellent problem solver, strong analytical, and organizational skill.
- Having knowledge in using Accounting Software such as Accurate
- Having knowledge in local Tax Regulation (VAT/ CIT/ withholding Tax).
- A people person, able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Also having a can-do attitude and initiative to motivate others.
