Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Organized the financial flow and ensured the accuracy and timeliness of all payment processes by analyzing then composing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
• Arrange administrative work by handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection, vendor communication, and employee reimbursements/ incentives.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Producing daily & monthly sales reports to maintain up-to-date financial records also prepare Tax Report for HOD’s review.

Kualifikasi:

• Based in Surabaya
• Graduate of Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar fields.
• Experience in Finance and Accounting or related fields for min. 1 -3 years.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written in Indonesian and English).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, excellent problem solver, strong analytical, and organizational skill.
• Having knowledge in using Accounting Software such as Accurate
• Having knowledge in local Tax Regulation (VAT/ CIT/ withholding Tax).
• A people person, able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Also having a can-do attitude and initiative to motivate others.
