PT Wowrack Cepat Teknologi Nusantara (Wownet) is Wowrack's sister company, an internet service provide and ICT partner, providing network solution and device as a service for small medium enterprise and business corporate

Position: Field Engineer

Location: Badung, Bali (hybrid, mobile)

Responsibility

• Conduct technical assessments to understand customer environments and identify suitable solutions, products, or services
• Make an analysis and suggestion anything related with network upgrading and maintenance
• Collaborate with the related team in delivering product activation
• Provide support to the customers’ inquiries to address their needs, complaints, or other issues

Kualifikasi:

• Min. SMK in Network / Computer / Electrical / related fields
• Experienced in network issues troubleshooting
• Good understanding of fiber optics. wireless radio, switches, routers, and other technical equipment
• Familiar with Mikrotik & Cisco
• Have good analysis, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
• Any network related certification is a plus
• Willing to stand by 24/7 and be placed in Badung, Bali
