Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers.
2. Negotiate payment plans and agreements with delinquent customers.
3. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
4. Monitor payment progress and follow up on outstanding balances.
5. Oversee office equipment and supplies.

Kualifikasi:

1. Candidate must own at least a Diploma from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
2. At least 1-2 years of working experience as a Field Collector or similar role.
3. Proven ability to negotiate and resolve disputes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
