Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
A restaurant supervisor plays a key role in managing the daily operations of a restaurant and ensuring a high level of service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Oversee service standards and ensure that staff adhere to them.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure availability of necessary items.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Implement marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Ensure that the restaurant’s environment is clean and well-maintained.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, beach club and/or resort experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that arise during daily operations.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in VHP system is preferred.
