Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

A restaurant supervisor plays a key role in managing the daily operations of a restaurant and ensuring a high level of service.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Oversee service standards and ensure that staff adhere to them.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure availability of necessary items.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Implement marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure that the restaurant’s environment is clean and well-maintained.

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, beach club and/or resort experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that arise during daily operations.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in VHP system is preferred.
