Job Description:

TAX

• Supervise the obligations of withholding and collecting corporate taxes
• Perform monthly corporate tax reporting
• Drafting & reporting the Annual Tax Return of the company
• Coordination with tax offices, auditors, banks
• Providing advice / input on financial aspects & taxation (especially the readiness of the new tax rules)
• Perform employee income tax calculation

ACCOUNTING

• Create and check reports of purchases, sales, debts, cash/bank, and merchandise inventory
• Check the recording of journals
• According to the company’s business processes, review various expenses and conduct account processing

RISK & FINANCE CONTROLLER

• Risk review payment collection (eg. any giro / cheque / bank guarantee / joint accounts / 3rd party debt collection)
• Review customs tax for imported goods
• Develop the company’s finance & tax standards of procedure and ensure its implementation
• Take initiative to understand the company’s existing business processes, providing timely feedback for the finance & tax departement in order to prevent risks

• Produce the necessary management accounts for local and HQ reporting

Kualifikasi:

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related degrees is preferable
• Min. 5 years of work experience in Finance, Tax, or Accounting is required
• Experienced in ERP system is highly required
• Willing to work under pressure
• Excellent and effective communication skills.
• Have experience in handling corporate tax.
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is a must
