Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Role Overview
Brand Manager-Fashion Category will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of fashion product development, from conceptual design through production and launch. This role requires a combination of creative vision and strong business acumen to ensure that every collection is aligned with brand values, market trends, and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Process Management:
- Lead and manage the entire product development cycle, from initial design to final production and launch.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including fashion designers, vendor, and marketing to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Oversee quality control to maintain high product standards.
Business Analysis & Cost Management:
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Create detailed business analysis, including cost calculations, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting to ensure the profitability of each product line.
- Optimize production costs and processes to achieve financial targets without compromising quality.
Production & Vendor Management:
- Source and manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure efficient production processes.
- Negotiate terms, agreements, and pricing with suppliers to maintain cost-effective operations.
- Monitor production timelines to ensure products are launched on schedule.
Product Launch & Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop launch strategies and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
- At least 3-5 years of experience in fashion management, with a strong track record in managing design, production, and product launches.
- Previous experience in a managerial role overseeing product lifecycle management within a fashion or retail brand.
- Proven ability to create business analyses, including cost calculations, profitability assessments, and sales forecasting.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on cost optimization and timeline management
- Deep understanding of fashion trends and an eye for creating products that resonate with the target audience.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to translate creative ideas into marketable products
