Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of building infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential services.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operational at all times.
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment and facilities.
• Supervise and provide direction to maintenance and custodial staff.
• Schedule, assign, and oversee work activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in the preparation of the facility’s annual budget

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance supervision, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing large facilities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
