Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Estimate BoQ of Renovation and Reinstatement project.
• Initiate a bidding and aanwijzing with construction vendor,
• Controlling quality of the material and visit project site to ensure all the renovation according to standard specification and schedule.
• Ensure the fit in/fit out of civil, equipment tools, and IT are completed on site before handover to user.
• Report any project progress to all stakeholders and communicate any risks with further action/solution needed.

Kualifikasi:

1. Have a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in construction industry.
3. Expert with Microsoft Office (project), SketchUp/AutoCAD.
