Job Descriptions:

• Create business case proposal to propose a business justification of new and current facility project by collecting and analyzing data
• Align with all related stakeholders to get approval of new proposed facility and finalize the design
• Create cost estimation of investment
• CAPEX and OPEX for the proposed option
• Update and recap all facility related data of projection, capacity and lease timeline.

Kualifikasi:

Job Requirements:

• Have a bachelor degree in Architect or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working in the same role.
• Familiar with Sketchup, expert with Microsoft Excel and have good analytical skills.
