Identify and analyze potential location for new store opening, negotiate with landlords and prepare documents for legal / lease agreement signing.

• Find new location / site for store expansion 
• Create study case every new location 
• Negotiate with landlord including agreement and layout

Kualifikasi:

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): English
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Site acquisition / Business expansion / Business Development or equivalent.
• Good in negotiation
